Mullein has soft, fuzzy silvery green leaves and vibrant yellow flowers. Our organic dried mullein leaves brew into a milk, slightly earth tea that's naturally caffeine free with just the right hint of comfort.

Mullein  has traditionally been used for coughs, bronchitis and sore itchy throat; it's been called a respiratory hug or hug for the lungs due to it's ability to reduce inflammation. 

Today, mullein is commonly enjoyed as a herbal infusion made from its dried leaves and flowers. The resulting tea is light, earthy, and surprisingly smooth, making it a popular addition to the modern herbal tea cupboard.

Getting the most from your brew

Use 1-2 teaspoons of flowers per cup. Steep in hot, not boiling, water for 5-10 minutes for mild brew. Strain to remove the fine hairs, enjoy plain or lightly sweetened with honey or slice of lemon.
